At Luxinza East, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase.
• Not have been fitted, installed or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged in transit, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been fitted or installed.
• Items that have been cut, modified or altered.
• Special order or bespoke products.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Gift cards.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you require a different product, please return the original item (subject to our returns policy) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
