Shipping Policy

At Luxinza East, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
• Orders placed after business hours, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the size of your order and your location.
• Standard parcel deliveries are typically delivered within 2–5 working days.
• Oversized items, including large SPC wall panels and pallet deliveries, may take longer and will be delivered by specialist couriers.

Click & Collect

• Click & Collect is available from our Peterborough warehouse.
• You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery location.
• Oversized and pallet items may incur additional delivery charges.

Damaged Deliveries

• Please inspect your order on arrival.
• If any items are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Restrictions

• Some oversized products may only be available for collection or delivery to selected areas due to carrier size restrictions.
